SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at swagboxers.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping processing time

We offer a flat $6.00 shipping charge on all orders.  Orders over $100.00 qualify for free shipping.  Please note sometimes promotions, specials are offered that can change this amount.

Most orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Delivery usually takes 7-10 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

CANADIAN SHIPPING POLICY

At this time we are not shipping to Canada.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

As of now we only ship within the United States. When we are able to ship internationally you will find our international shipping policy here.

 

RETURN POLICY

All returns must be started within 14 days of the carrier's confirmed delivery date to you.  We are not able to authorize returns that fall beyond 14 days from this date.

Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. 

Due to the nature of our product we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and with all tags attached and in original packaging. 
  • Your item must have been purchased through our website, not from a retail store. 
  • If your return is approved, it will be processed within 1-3 business days once received by our returns department.
  • *All Sales are Final on Mystery Packs*  We do not accept returns and/or exchanges on mystery pack items for any reason.  This is also mentioned in the item description on the mystery pack listings.

To start a return please email ahoy@swagboxers.com with your order number, item(s) to be returned and reason for your return.

**We recommend that you return your specially packaged boxers (ie. cans and cereal boxes) back to us in their original shipping box or one equivalent. The chance of items getting damaged in shipment is greater if mailed back to us in a soft mailer envelope.

Did you receive the wrong items?

Contact us at ahoy@swagboxers.com. Please attach a picture of your invoice as well as the item(s) you received. It may take 2-3 business days to investigate the issue.  We can reship the correct items or refund your order. 

Please note, return shipping cost is not covered and is not refundable. Missing or stolen packages are not refundable if the mail carrier confirms delivery. Once orders are submitted, product and delivery details may be unable to be changed before fulfillment and shipment.  Packages returned to sender due to customer entering incorrect shipping address or an address that carrier is unable to deliver to for any reason will be refunded for full value of the products returned minus shipping costs.  Refunds for returned to sender packages will be issued upon our receipt of the returned package.
