Competition Terms & Conditions

1. To enter the giveaway you must be an United States or Canadian resident, all ages accepted, except employees of SWAG Boxers and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
2. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram. 
3. Winner(s) will be announced on Instagram. They will be contacted via direct message and will have 24 hours to respond to claim their prize. There also will be a public announcement where the winner will be tagged.

4. One entry per person
5. Opening date for competition entry is 18 October 2021. Giveaway closes 14 November 2021 at midnight EDT. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted. Winner(s) will be announced 15 November 2021. 

5. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
6. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, lockdown, war, civil or military disturbance, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
7. The prize is as follows:

1. 4 Winners will receive - 5 pairs of SWAG Boxers (Valued at $75USD) + Free Shipping. Boxers will be selected by SWAG Boxers in the sizes requested by the prize winner. The prizes are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability.

9. SWAG Boxers will obtain the postal address of the (4x) prize winners and mail out their prize within 3 working days of the winners accepting their prize.
10. SWAG Boxers decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
12. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by American law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of America.
13. The winner(s) agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current American data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
